This past weekend, we were THRILLED to finally be able to announce our May 2025 Musical. Of course, we are ALL ABOUT our musical for THIS year right now – we’ve got Madagascar Jr. A Musical Adventure coming up in another month or so at the Capitol Theatre. But we’ve just finalised arrangements with Music Theatre International, and were able to announce next season’s headliner musical, and that’s very exciting, too!

We chose to announce to our students first, using a gradual reveal over a number of weeks. We are grateful to one of those students, Lilly, who put together a video of the reveal for us for use on social media.

Because this musical will be our main endeavour, and because it’s such a HUGE project, and rated PG, we will be limiting NEW membership for Riverfront to kids between grades 7-10 next season. Students below those grades will not be able to register from our waiting list. We will, however, be announcing ANOTHER SHOW in the next few days, which will be jointly produced with Paulin Memorial Presbyterian Church, and which will rehearse separately (on Tuesday evenings). THAT production will have open auditions and give younger kids a chance to perform with Riverfront in the fall of 2024. Stay tuned for more information!
